Kick off your weekend right – try this killer bodyweight workout! It’s called the 3 x 10… as in, 3 rounds of 10 reps. And, what is 3 x 10? 30 – so we threw in a 30-second side plank at the end of each round.

• Spiderman push ups
• Single-leg squat
• Jump lunge (10 each leg)
• Chin ups
• 30 second side planks (each side)
