2. Franchise Structure & Independent Ownership
Alloy Personal Training is a franchise system. Locations may be owned and operated by independent franchisees.
Where applicable, your data, inquiries, and communications may be shared between corporate and the franchise location serving your area or with which you interact. Franchisees are solely responsible for their own employment practices, membership decisions, service delivery, and compliance obligations.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Consent (TCPA Compliance)
By providing a phone number, you acknowledge that Alloy Personal Training (corporate or the franchise you interact with) and its authorized partners may contact you via:

4. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of Alloy digital properties will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted individually and not as a class action.
You waive the right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

- The laws of the state in which an independently owned Alloy Personal Training franchise is located for franchise interactions, regardless of conflict-of-law rules.
