- 1A- 2 Point Row- 8 each side
- 1B- Single Leg Deadlifts- 8 each side
- 1C- Suspension Rollout- 12
Circuit #2
- 2A- Single Arm Pushup – 4 each side
- 2B- Single Arm Kettlebell Squat- 4 each side
- 2C- Get up Sit up – 8 each side
After both circuits are complete perform 500 Jump Rope as fast as possible!
