Not able to make it to the gym this weekend? Try this quick countdown workout that you can do right at home! Why the Big 5-0? Because it’s 50 reps of each exercise, of course! But don’t freak out, it’s in 4 sets!
For this workout, you don’t need ANY equipment!
Reps start at 20 and go down by 5 till you hit 0 (20, 15, 10, 5 = 50 reps!)
- Push ups
- Single leg bridges
- Touchdown Squats
- Plank with a hip slap
- Mountain Climbers
