Try this! Cashew butter is a healthy alternative to peanut butter that gives this protein bite a buttery and rich flavor! So good!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup cashew butter (we used Trader Joe’s)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup oat flour
1 tsp chia seeds
1T unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (we used DotFit vegan)
1-2T chocolate chips
1 oz unsweetened dried bing cherries
Instructions:
Mix all together and form into 24 small bites. So good!
