College Football Kickoff Workout!

COLLEGE FOOTBALL IS OFFICIALLY BACK!

All right, football fans, the time has finally come for the anticipation to give way to action, and man, the action in Week 1 — it’s going to be worth the wait.

Before you watch the Game of the Decade* LIVE FROM ATLANTA SATURDAY NIGHT, here’s a killer… I mean fun… workout to get in. All you need is a kettlebell and some school spirit!

*No. 1 Alabama and No. 3 Florida State, 8pm ET

1st Quarter 

  •  28 Push ups
  • 28 Single Arm Swings (each side)
  • 28 Goblet Squats
  • 28 Two point rows
  • Optional addition: Run 25 yards

2nd Quarter 

  •  21 Push ups
  • 21 Single Arm Swings (each side)
  • 21 Goblet Squats
  • 21 Two point rows
  • Optional addition: Run 50 yards

3rd Quarter

  • 14 Push ups
  • 14 Single Arm Swings (each side)
  • 14 Goblet Squats
  • 14 Two point rows (each side)
  • Optional addition: Run 75 yards

4th Quarter 

  • 7 Push ups
  • 7 Single Arm Swings (each side)
  • 7 Goblet Squats
  • 7 Two point rows
  • Optional addition: Run 100 yards
