1st Quarter
- 28 Push ups
- 28 Single Arm Swings (each side)
- 28 Goblet Squats
- 28 Two point rows
- Optional addition: Run 25 yards
2nd Quarter
- 21 Push ups
- 21 Single Arm Swings (each side)
- 21 Goblet Squats
- 21 Two point rows
- Optional addition: Run 50 yards
3rd Quarter
- 14 Push ups
- 14 Single Arm Swings (each side)
- 14 Goblet Squats
- 14 Two point rows (each side)
- Optional addition: Run 75 yards
4th Quarter
- 7 Push ups
- 7 Single Arm Swings (each side)
- 7 Goblet Squats
- 7 Two point rows
