Are y’all ready for the weekend? As we prepare for the holidays, we tend to get lost in buying gifts, planning travel and getting ready for guests… and it’s easy to let our fitness (and our health!) take a back seat. But, it’s important for our health and well-being to take of ourselves – especially during the holidays! So, kick the weekend off by taking a little ME time to do this quick, effective workout. All you need is a dumbbell, a little space and less than 30 minutes!
Perform the following circuit 3 times as fast as possible:
- Burpee x10
- 2-Point Row x10 each side
- Goblet Split Squat x10 each side
- Dumbbell Floor Press x10
- Jump Squat x10
