Let’s celebrate Earth Day on April 22 with a kick-butt outdoor workout! Try to have fun –  this is gonna hurt!

Perform 3 rounds of the following 6 exercises – resting only as needed
  • 20 Push-ups
  • 20 Jump or Speed Squats
  • 200 Jump Rope
  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 20 Jump or Reverse Lunges
  • 200 Yard Sprint
