If you get stranded on an island and can only take one piece of equipment, PICK THE KETTLEBELL – always pick the kettlebell! It’s incredibly versatile, virtually unbreakable and doubles as a weapon (or an anchor!).
For this workout you will need 1 medium Kettlebell. This workout is intended to be very metabolic, so move quickly between exercises! You are doing 10 of each exercise, so pick a weight that challenges you!
Always starts you workout by warming up for 5-10 minutes (walking, bear crawl across the neighbors yard, Alloy dynamic warm-up)
Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
- Single-Arm Kettlebell Thruster – 10 each (this is gonna hurt, sorry)
- Single-Arm Kettlebell Swing – 10 each
- Mountain Climbers – 10 each
- Single-Arm Kettlebell 2-Point Row – 10 each
- Figure 8s – 10 each
Finish every workout with a cool down – foam rolling, preferably. With a 5 minute warm up, 20 minute workout and 5 minute cool down, you can have this workout done in just 30 minutes!
