1 cup light cottage cheese

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

1 scoop BioChem Vanilla Whey protein powder

1/2 tsp of cinnamon



Put cottage cheese, pumpkin, cinnamon and protein powder in a bowl. Mix until it is thoroughly combined. You can also blend the pudding with a mixer to give it a smoother consistency.

Optional add-ins:  use pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon, add walnuts or pecans after mixing
