Here is an awesome full-body, single arm, single leg, core intensive, high intensity, strength-training circuit (whew!). And? Yes, there’s more… it’s anaerobic AND aerobic conditioning – all in one workout.

Perform each circuit 4 times

Goblet Reverse Lunge

Single-Arm Farmer’s Carry

Circuit 1:
  1. See-saw dumbbell floor press – 10 each arm
  2. Goblet Reverse Lunge – 10 each leg
  3. Single-Arm Farmer’s Carry – 20 yards each arm
  4. Run .25 miles
Circuit 2:
  1. 2-Point Row – 10 each arm
  2. Single-Arm Kettlebell Swing – 10 each arm
  3. Around the World – 10
  4. Row 250 meters
