5 oz can of tuna packed in water, drained

2T dry oats

1T light shredded cheese

1T chopped onions

1 egg white

Seasonings of Choice (i.e. garlic powder, sea salt, ground pepper, herbs)

Cooking Spray


Mix together all ingredients in bowl and make a patty.  Heat up skillet and spray cooking spray of choice.  Put patty in pan and cook 3-5 mins on each side until golden brown.  Add on top of a big salad or add to high fiber bun or wrap with steamed veggies.  Enjoy!
