Weekend Warrior 2019 Week 3

Kettlebell complex! A complex is when you string together several exercises without putting the weight down. This is a great way to burn tons of calories while building strength! You will need two kettlebells – keep the weight on the lighter side. You will be surprised how difficult this can be!

Rest two minutes between rounds. Complete 5 total rounds.

  • 5 KB Swings
  • 5 KB Swing Cleans
  • 5 KB Overhead Press
  • 5 KB Squats
  • KB Racked Carry

Once you are finished with the complex, we have a fat scorching finisher for you.

  • 100 jump ropes/10 slam balls
  • 90 jump ropes/9 slam balls
  • 80 jump ropes/8 slam balls
  • Continue on until you get to 10/1!
