Weekend Warrior 2019 Week 38

Here is one of our favorite “go-to” workouts that you can do almost anywhere.

All you need is a box or elevated surface. We made some modifications to make the workout a bit easier for you!

Perform 10 reps of each exercise (in order) for 3-4 rounds.

  • Box Squat
  • Elevated Push Up
  • Box Bridge
  • Elevated Burpee
  • Elevated Mountain Climber
