This workout contains 2 tri-sets (3 exercises) of full body movements. All you need is a single KB. Complete 3-4 rounds of each tri-set.
1A) KB Swing – 20 reps
1B) KB Clean – 10 reps/side
1C) KB Press – 10 reps/side
