Try out this kettlebell complex. Complete 5 rounds of this circuit. You cannot put the kettlebell down until you have completed a FULL round.

 

1 – Double KB Dead Lift – 5 reps

2 – Bent Over Row – 5 reps

3 – Double KB Clean – 5 reps

4 – Double KB Squat – 5 reps

5 – Double KB Overhead Press – 5 reps
