who’s ready for a full body burnout this weekend?!! this week you can do this work out by yourself or grab yourself a partner and push each other through it!!
The workout:- complete each exercise for 30 seconds on 30 seconds off, all 5 exercises count as 1 round – repeat 5 times – if you’re doing it with a partner one works whilst one rests!! encouragement!!!

Bike – effort!!
Kettlebell clean
Push-ups
Goblet Squat
Plank Hip-slaps
