This week’s #WeekendWarrior we have a tough barbell ladder complex for you!!!

load the weight on the bar, keep it at a weight you can complete all 5 exercises with!!

complete 1 rep of each exercise, followed by 2 reps of each then 3 and so on all the way up to 10!! once you start a round of exercises try not to put the bar down until you have completed the full round!!

exercises:

– Deadlifts

– Bent over row

– Clean

– Front squat

– overhead press

thats a full body burn!!!

if you don’t have access to a barbell this can be done with Dumbbells or Kettlebells!!
