15-Minute Workout

Hey #TeamAlloy! It’s the weekend and we know time can get away from you – but we KNOW you can find 15 minutes somewhere, and that’s all you need to get this workout in this weekend!

Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 min:
  1. Dumbbell Thrusters – 10 reps
  2. Single Arm Kettlebell swings – 10 each side
  3. Pullups – 5 reps
  4. Stability Ball Rollouts – 20 reps
  5. Mountain Climbers –  20 each leg

Keep track of how many rounds you did, and post it on Facebook!
