Complete 5 rounds of the following: Only rest time is when your partner is working and in between rounds.
- Dumbbell Overhead Press – 10 reps
- Goblet Squat – 10 reps
- Dumbbell Bent Over Row – 10 reps
- Goblet Reverse Lunge – 10 reps each leg
- Inchworm – 10 reps
