Our Weekend Warrior workout this week is a buddy workout! This workout will require someone to be working while the other rests. So grab that special someone and get moving!

Complete 5 rounds of the following: Only rest time is when your partner is working and in between rounds.

  1. Dumbbell Overhead Press – 10 reps
  2. Goblet Squat – 10 reps
  3. Dumbbell Bent Over Row – 10 reps
  4. Goblet Reverse Lunge – 10 reps each leg
  5. Inchworm – 10 reps
