Fall Kettlebell Workout!

Hey Warriors! Even though it doesn’t FEEL like fall here in Atlanta, fall has officially arrived! We can’t wait to break out the hoodies and boots to go get our Pumpkin Spice Latte, but it seems like we’ll have to wait a bit longer – for the clothes, at least. PUMPKIN EVERYTHING!!!

Anyway… for this workout you just need one kettlebell. Keep the weight light (but not too light)! Start at 10 reps each side, and go down by 2 each round until you hit 0 (most of you get it, but just in case: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2). Do the entire circuit on one side of your body, rest and perform the other side. After both sides are complete run 100 yards. Repeat 3-4 times!

Go grab your kettlebell and head outside to enjoy fall!

  • Single-arm kettlebell snatch
  • Single-arm kettlebell clean
  • Single-arm kettlebell squat
  • Single-arm kettlebell overhead press
  • Single-arm bent over row
