Ingredients:
4 medium heirloom tomatoes, cut into quarters
1/2 sweet onion, roughly chopped
1 English cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, roughly chopped
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 large mango, roughly chopped
Sea salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
Juice of one lemon
Preparation:
1) Throw all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until desired consistency (chunky or smooth). Garnish with avocado slices.
