GET LUCKY Workout

HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY! Before you chug a green beer or 3, be sure to get in your weekend workout! We made this one quick and equipment-free, so you can get it done anywhere and get to celebrating – whether you’re actually Irish, or just Irish every March 17!  

Perform the following 5 exercises in circuit fashion for 45s of work and 15s of rest for 3 rounds.  Perform as many rounds as possible in 20-30 minutes:
  1. Plank to Pushup
  2. Lateral Squats
  3. Mountain Climbers
  4. Walking Lunges
  5. Touchdown Squats
