It’s that time of year- traveling to the in-laws, staying at home with guests and finding a little less time to make it to the gym. Guess what? This is not going to be a problem for you this year cuz I am giving you not one, but three circuits that you can perform at home with minimal equipment.
Here goes:
If you don’t own kettlebells (you should), simply use dumbbells for this circuit.
