Complete 3 rounds of each pairing before moving on.

1A- Suspension Bodyweight Row- 15 reps

1B- Suspension Single Leg Squat- 10 reps each leg

 

2A- Suspension Pushup – 15

2B- Suspension Leg Curl- 15

 

3A- Suspension Rollout- 15

3B- Suspension Anti Rotation Press- 10 each side
