The Accountability Factor

Iche Wallace’s Success Story

Before Alloy, I “worked out.” I tried group fitness classes and I also did some high-intensity stuff but I wasn’t consistent and I didn’t really get anything back in return. There was no accountability and there was no genuine commitment, to ensure my overall health – both with fitness and nutrition.

Work was my obstacle and my excuse 99.99% of time. But not too long after I got engaged I realized that I needed to be serious about my health – and getting bikini ready for the honeymoon!

There are a lot of things that I love about Alloy. I absolutely love that I can schedule one-on-one Accountability sessions whenever I needed one. In the beginning of my fitness journey, my nutrition was okay, but it wasn’t great. The coaches give me tips and they’ll even review my MyFitnessPal and we discuss what I can improve. Work does get crazy at times, but there’s so much flexibility at Alloy that if I can’t make it to a group fitness session, I can pick up a small group session on short notice. Every workout is a good workout and I always leave feeling better. It’s pretty much my home away from home!!

This year, I’ve lost 9 lbs. More importantly, I’ve gone from 21.9% body fat to 17.2% body fat, all while maintaining my muscle mass.

Now that it’s after the wedding and the honeymoon, I STILL come to the gym. I’ve come to the realization that going to the gym helps me clear my mind and keeps me in a good mood! And if I don’t show up for a week or so, someone will almost always email or message me on Facebook to check-in – accountability!!!
