It’s summer time and you know what that means… The sun is out and your guns should be too!

This workout is a 4-exercise circuit completed as fast as possible for 4 rounds.

  • 1- DB Curl and Press 10 reps
  • 2- DB Straight Leg Deadlift 10 reps
  • 3- Push Up Renegade Row 10 reps
  • 4-Goblet Split Squat 10 each Leg
