Weekend Warrior 36

This full body circuit will have you packing on lean muscle and burning that extra unwanted body fat!

 

 

For this workout, you don’t need ANY equipment. This workout is great when you’re short on time, traveling or don’t have any access to any gym/workout equipment!

 

Work each exercise for 40 seconds and take a 20 second rest in between each exercise. Complete 5-6 rounds, taking 45 seconds to rest in between each round.

 

-Burpees
-Touchdown Squats
-Around the World Push Ups
-Lateral Lunge with Knee Drive
-Elephant Walks
