Try out this no equipment full body circuit! It’s a great routine for traveling or if you have a limited amount of space or equipment!

 

 

Complete 6 rounds, working each exercise for 45 seconds and resting 15 seconds in between! Rest no more than 1 minute between each round.

-Side to Side Squat
-Jumping Reverse Lunge
-Deadstop Push Up
-Burpee
