Hey Weekend Warriors! The weekend is upon us, so before you dig into the chips and salsa try to complete this workout!
4 sets of 8 reps of each exercise:
- 1A- Single leg Squats to the box
- 1B- Single Arm Dumbbell Bench Press
- 2A- Chin Up
- 2B- Kettlebell Swing
- 3A- Plank with a hip slap
- 3B- Single arm farmers carry (1 lap 20 yards each hand)
