Hey Weekend Warriors! The weekend is upon us, so before you dig into the chips and salsa try to complete this workout!

4 sets of 8 reps of each exercise:

  • 1A- Single leg Squats to the box
  • 1B- Single Arm Dumbbell Bench Press
  • 2A- Chin Up
  • 2B- Kettlebell Swing
  • 3A- Plank with a hip slap
  • 3B- Single arm farmers carry (1 lap 20 yards each hand)
