Its that time of the week again #WeekendWarrior

This week we’ve got a big Dumbbell complex to test not only your physical but also your mental strength!!

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes!!!

1 round = 5 reps of each exercise

– Bentover Row

– Dumbbell Clean

– Overhead press

– Dumbbell Front Squat

– Reverse Lunge

Here’s the trick – once you begin a round – try not to put the Dumbbells down until you have completed the full round of all 5 reps for each exercise!!
