Big Kettlebell complex coming your way!!!

complete 5 reps of each exercise all on one side then all on the other, once you’ve started a round try not to put the Kettlebell down until you have completed all 5 exercises on that side (you can also use a Dumbbell)

Exercises:-

– 2 Point Row

– Reverse Lunge

– Overhead Press

– Single-Arm Squat

– Windmill

complete 30 minutes as many rounds as possible!!
