All of these yogurt variations use a 7-ounce container of 0% or 2% plain Greek yogurt, but if you are dairy-free, you can sub coconut milk or almond milk Greek yogurt. Also, all of the recipes can be mixed and frozen for about 20 minutes if you prefer a cold treat.
1. Chocolate Treat
- Mix 2 tablespoons raw organic cacao powder and 1 packet Stevia or your favorite sweetener.
- (Optional) Add dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs.
- For a mint chocolate variation, add a tsp of pure mint extract.
2. Pumpkin Spice
- Mix 2-3 tablespoons organic pumpkin puree, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1 packet Stevia or your favorite sweetener.
- (Optional) Add a handful of pecans.
3. Plain Jane
- Mix 1-3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder.

4. Fruit and Nut Parfait
- Add a handful of fresh berries, slivered almonds, and a tsp of pure vanilla extract.
- Top with a dash of cinnamon.
5. High-Protein Lemon Treat
- Chop a Quest Lemon Cream Pie protein bar (or equivalent bar with natural ingredients) and mix into yogurt with 1 tsp lemon extract and 1/2 packet Stevia or your favorite sweetener.
6. Honey Nut Crunch
- Mix 1-2 tablespoons organic honey and a handful or raisins and walnuts.
7. Banana Nut
- Mix a small diced banana and a handful of pecans.
- Add a dash of cinnamon.
- (Optional) Mix in a tsp of pure maple syrup.
8. Peach Cobbler
- Dice or slice a small ripe peach and mix with a 1/2 cup of your favorite granola.
9. Apple Pie
- Mix a small diced apple and a tablespoon almond butter.
- Add a dash of cinnamon.
- (Optional) Add a 1/2 cup your favorite granola.
10. High-Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter
- Mix 1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder and 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter.
