This is a workout you can save to do any time you’re out of town, or on a busy weekend where you can’t make it into the gym but want – NEED! – to get your sweat on!

- 5 Burpees
- 10 Jump Lunges (each!)
- 15 Pushups with shoulder touch
- 20 Overhead squats (arms in a “Y”)
- 25 Yard run
