5-10-15-20-25 Workout

No equipment? No problem! And, no excuses! The 5-10-15-20-25 workout is an extremely time efficient and effective FULL BODY workout with no equipment required. This is a workout you can save to do any time you’re out of town, or on a busy weekend where you can’t make it into the gym but want – NEED! – to get your sweat on!

Perform at least 4 rounds and then enjoy the rest of your weekend!
  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Jump Lunges (each!)
  • 15 Pushups with shoulder touch
  • 20 Overhead squats (arms in a “Y”)
  • 25 Yard run
