The weekend is upon us!  But, before you dig into the chips and salsa – or whatever your snack of choice is – do your body some good by finishing this workout!

Perform 4 sets of 8 reps of each exercise. Finish each superset before moving to the next:

(As always, warm up with the Alloy dynamic warm up before starting the workout)

Superset 1

  • Single leg Squats to the box
  • Single Arm Dumbbell Bench Press

Superset 2

  • Chin up
  • Kettlebell Swing

Superset 3

  • Plank with a hip slap
  • Single arm farmers carry (1 lap or 20 yards with each hand)
