Need a workout this weekend? Try out the Quick Deck of Cards workout! You will need a deck of cards and you will only use the 10s, Jacks, Queens, Kings and Aces. You will stack all the cards together and draw them one at a time and do the corresponding exercise. Cards should be shuffled. You will try to get through these cards as fast as possible. Reps are as follows: 10= 10 reps, Jacks= 11 reps, Queens=12 reps, King= 13 reps and Aces = 14 reps. The exercises are depicted by the suit on the card and they are:

Hearts = Pushups

Diamonds = 2 Pt Rows

Clubs = Goblet Squats

Spades = Jump Lunges
