Ingredients
- 1 cup lager beer
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 (6-oz) skinless, boneless chicken breast
- halves
- Cooking spray
Preparation
Combine first 10 ingredients in a large ziploc
plastic bag.
Add chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours,
turning bag occasionally.
Remove the chicken from bag and discard marinade.
Heat grill to medium-high. Place chicken on rack
coated with cooking spray. Cook 5 minutes on each
side or until done.
