Hip mobility is pretty nasty in most of our new clients. It’s no wonder in our sitting centric society that we aren’t very flexible. We can change that, but it’s going to take a little work. Below is one of the stretches that we recommend daily (more than once, if you’re on your butt all day).
This stretch will help you squat deeper and keep your hips moving normally. Remember, if your hips are moving well, your back can relax.
Learn it and do it daily. Your spine will thank you!
