National Donut Day Workout

June 1 is National Donut Day! You may have gotten your free Dunkin Donut or Krispy Kreme…but we all know good things have a price (even FREE things)! This weekend, eat a donut! Then, be sure to do this workout!
Complete 3-4 rounds of the following:

First: Warmup! 5-10 minutes of Alloy Dynamic Warm-up or walking/light cardio

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Around the World Pushups 
    • Lift Left hand
    • Lift Right Hand
    • Lift Left Leg
    • Lift Right Leg
    • Perform Push-up, that’s one rep! Can be knee or elevated push-ups.
  • 15 Thrusters 
    • Hold something at chest height (book, dog, laundry detergent – anything!). Perform an explosive squat while pressing said object overhead. Repeat!
  • 20 Mountain Climbers 
    • Hold the Push-up position while “running in place ” with you legs
  • 25 Yard Sprint
