Are you ready to get your sweat on?! This workout requires just two things: you and 30 minutes. Since no equipment is necessary, this is a great workout to use when you’re traveling – you just need some space to run!
Complete the following circuit three times – as fast as possible!
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Jump Lunge – each leg
- 10 Pushups – 15 if you’re feeling good!
- 10 Jump Squats
- Run 100m – sprint if possible!
