For those of you looking for a healthy treat to have anytime this recipe is for you.  These flavorful pancakes are packed with protein and fiber which will keep you full and satisfied.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup dry oatmeal
    • 1/2 cup light cottage cheese
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 4 egg whites

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender.
  2. Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook just like”silver dollar” pancakes, a few small ones at a time.
  3. Top with your favorite pancake topping!
