  1. Jump Jack Squat – 10 reps
  2. Run 100 Meters
  3. Pushup Frog Jump – 10 reps
  4. Touchdown Squat – 20 reps
  5. Lateral Shuffle – 20 yards each direction.
  6. Burpees – 10 reps
  7. Run 100 Meters
  8. Plank to Side Plank – 10 each way.
