Phyllis came to NPPT in November, 2009 at the age of 72. She had not been exercising for several years and had gained weight. We asked Phyllis what her favorite food was and she said she likes EVERYTHING and that was part of the problem! Phyllis also felt her physical condition was terrible. She kept falling due to poor balance. She knew she had to change her life around!
WORKOUT SCHEDULE

KEY TO MOTIVATION
Phyllis refuses to look like the typical woman of her age – overweight and riding in a scooter.
HOW NPPT HAS HELPED WITH YOUR SUCCESS
Phyllis loves the small, intimate setting at North Point as well as the friendly staff who keep her motivated. She has improved her balance significantly and has increased her stamina substantially. Phyllis walks her neighborhood frequently, and one neighbor who is impressed by Phyllis always greets Phyllis as “Macho Woman”.
