Protein Pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup favorite protein powder

Optional: sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, stevia, monk fruit, etc.)

Optional Toppings: berries, nuts, low sugar granola, chocolate chips 🙂

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together, add toppings and enjoy immediately. Store in fridge in an airtight container. Makes 1 serving.

(without added toppings) 100 calories, 20g protein, 2g fat, 7g carbs
