Quick, Easy Home Workout

Not able to make it to the gym this weekend? That’s okay we know life is busy especially in the summer! Family vacations, kids in and out of camps and so much more. Here is an easy at home workout no equipment necessary. Start with 20 reps of each and decrease 5 reps each time through.

  1. Push ups
  2. Single leg bridges
  3. Touchdown Squats
  4. Plank with a hip slap
  5. Mountain Climbers

 

Round 1: 20 reps each, Round 2: 15 reps each, Round 3: 10 reps each and so on until you reach 0.
