Suspension Halo – Best Exercises


If you’re looking for a fantastic TRX core exercise, the suspension halo is for you!

Start in the push up position keeping your entire body flat, from the back of your head all the way down to your heels. Maintain that position while you take both hands around your head, hence the halo. Keep your glutes and core tight throughout the entire exercise and you’ll be on your way to some killer abs!
