Football season is here, so let’s celebrate! This workout is all about touchdowns and field goals.

Touchdowns 7 points – is a 7 second hold and Field Goals 3 points- is 3 reps.

 

 

  1. Pushup Position Hold – 7 Seconds
  2. Pushups – 3 reps
  3. Bodyweight Row Hold – 7 seconds
  4. Bodyweight Row – 3 reps

Perform 5 rounds

  1. Squat Hold – 7 seconds
  2. Jump Squat – 3 reps
  3. Racked KB Hold -7 seconds
  4. Double KB Clean – 3 reps

Perform 5 rounds.
