Weekend Warrior 2019 Week 10

Switch it up with this time interval ascender! The rest and work period will increase as we go! You can determine if that is a good or a bad thing 😉

Complete exercises 1-5 in order while following the time description below!

Round 1: 10 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest (10:10)
Round 2: (20 work: 20 rest)
Round 3: (30 work: 30 rest)
Round 4: (40 work: 40 rest)
Round 5: (50 work: 50 rest)

  • 1 – Push-ups
  • 2 – Burpees
  • 3 – Hand walkouts
  • 4 – Jump squats
  • 5 – Jumping jacks

Rest one minute between rounds. Perform 5 rounds.
