Need a workout this weekend? Try this quick “Deck of Cards” workout!
You will need a deck of cards and only use the 10s, Jacks, Queens, Kings and Aces. Stack all the cards together and draw them one at a time and do the corresponding exercise. Cards should be shuffled. Try to get through these cards as fast as possible. Reps are as follows: 10= 10 reps, Jacks= 11 reps, Queens=12 reps, King= 13 reps and Aces = 14 reps. The exercises are depicted by the suit on the card and they are:
- Hearts = Pushups
- Diamonds = 2 Pt Rows
- Clubs = Goblet Squats
- Spades = Jump Lunges
