Here is a simple, quick, yet effective calorie burner to do over the weekend. There are 5 exercises to be performed in a circuit. Complete ten reps of the first exercise before moving to the next. Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes!
We have demonstrated two versions: A is more advanced and B is a bit easier. Choose the level that works best for you and have fun!
